Return & Refund Policy
At Zaqaab Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
- The item must not be on our list of non-returnable products (e.g., sale items, personalized products, or items marked as non-returnable).
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at support@zaqaabstore.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Return the item(s) to the address provided, and please ensure that the item is well-packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For domestic returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and any customs fees or taxes.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Please Note:
- We do not refund original shipping costs.
- In cases where a discount code was applied to your purchase, the refund will be for the discounted price.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
To process a damaged or defective item return:
- Email us at support@zaqaabstore.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will guide you through the return process and either issue a refund or send a replacement item.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@zaqaabstore.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
